In the event of disputes between a lawyer and clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available upon request before the regional Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin (pursuant to § 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 (5) BRAO) or before the arbitration board of the legal profession (§ 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association.
